We hope that you are delighted with your order but we understand that occasionally you will need to return something. If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt for a full refund excluding original delivery fees.
- To start a return, please get in contact with the Braco Curios team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist.
- We do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange a return with your local post office/courier.
- All items must be checked upon being received. If there are any breakages or faults you must notify us within 24 hours, and include photographs of the damage. We are unable to refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for packaging the return securely. Any products which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility. We are unable to refund your postage costs.
- When posting your item back you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.
- All returns must be received by Braco Curios within 14 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund.
- Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.
-We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
- Returns will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of your return however processing times can vary depending on your payment method and bank.
